CHAPTER 2 AN ACT TO POSTPONE THE ELECTION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE MOORE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION UNTIL THE FIRST TUESDAY IN APRIL, 1968 The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Amend Section 3(c) of Chapter 1051 of the Session Laws of 1965, by striking out the digits or date of 1967, as the same appear in the first line of said subsection (c), and by inserting in lieu thereof: 1968. Further amend said subsection (c) of Section 3 of Chapter 1051 of the Session Laws of 1965, by striking out the arithmetical digits 1967, as the same appear in the sixth line of said subsection (c), and by inserting in lieu thereof the following 1968. Further amend said subsection (c) of Section 3 of Chapter 1051 of the Session Laws of 1965, by striking out the arithmetical digits 1967, as the same appear in the eleventh line of said subsection (c), and by inserting in lieu thereof the following 1968. Further amend subsection (c) of Section 8 of Chapter 1051 of the Session Laws of 1965, by striking out the arithmetical digits 1967, appearing in the fifteenth line of said subsection (c), and by inserting in lieu thereof the following: 1968.
