CHAPTER 46 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 55 OF THE PUBLIC LAWS OF 1913 The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That chapter fifty-five of the Public Laws of one thousand nine hundred and thirteen be and the same is hereby amended by striking out the word Auditor in line one of section one, and inserting in lieu thereof the words State Treasurer. — . 7s
