CHAPTER 254 AN ACT TO APPOINT JUSTICES OF THE PEACE FOR BEAUFORT, AVERY, AND WATAUGA COUNTIES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That R. L. Wiseman be and he is hereby appointed a justice of the peace for Toe River Township, Avery County, for a term of six years, and A, C. Inman of Westfield Township, Surry County, is appointed a justice of the peace for a term of three years.
