CHAPTER 260 AN ACT TO APPOINT JUSTICES OF THE PEACE FOR No. 5 TOWNSHIP, CRAVEN COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That J. S. Morton be and they are hereby appointed justices of the peace for Number Five Township, Craven County, for a term of six years from and after the ratification of this act.
