CHAPTER 98 AN ACT RELATING TO THE USE OF SCHOOL BUSES IN GASTON COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Every bus operated for the purpose herein authorized shall be driven by a person holding a valid school bus drivers certificate or a chauffeurs license.
