CHAPTER 94 AN ACT AMENDING CHAPTER 1048, SESSION LAWS OF 1959, RE- LATING TO THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF BUNCOMBE COUNTY TO THE CHAM- BERS OF COMMERCE OF THE VARIOUS MUNICIPALITIES IN BUNCOMBE COUNTY AND TO THE ASHEVILLE AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 2 of Chapter 1043, Session Laws of 1959, which amends Section 1 of Chapter 607, Session Laws of 1957, is hereby amended by striking out the words and figures twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($12,500.00) appearing in lines five and six of said Section, and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures seventeen thousand five hundred dollars ($17,500.00).
