CHAPTER 189 AN ACT TO FIX THE SALARIES OF THE CHIEF DEPUTY AND DEPUTY SHERIFFS OF HENDERSON COUNTY, AND TO AU- THORIZE THE APPOINTMENT OF ADDITIONAL DEPUTY SHERIFFS, AND THE PURCHASE OF A PATROL CAR FOR THE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The Board of County Commissioners of Henderson County is hereby authorized and directed to appropriate from the general fund of the county sufficient funds to pay the salaries of the Chief Deputy, the deputy sheriffs and for the purchase of the additional patrol car herein authorized.
