CHAPTER 199 AN ACT RELATING TO RETIREMENT BENEFITS FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWN OF LINCOLNTON IN LINCOLN COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Any employee of the Town of Lincolnton, at his or her option, by written notice to the Clerk of the Board of Aldermen, may withdraw from the pension plan and he or she will be refunded the money he or she has paid into the retirement fund, without interest.
