CHAPTER 279 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION TO CONVERT THE ONSLOW COUNTY INDUSTRIAL EDUCATION CENTER TO A TECHNICAL INSTITUTE AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT THEREOF. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

This Act shall be in full force and effect from the date of ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 8rd day of May, 1967 H. B. 290
