CHAPTER 324 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HENDERSON TO SUBMIT TO THE PEOPLE OF THE MUNICI- PALITY THE QUESTION OF WHETHER OR NOT THE PROCESS OF FLUORIDATION SHOULD BE UTILIZED IN THE MUNICIPAL WATER SUPPLY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 5th day of May, 1967 H. B. 670
