CHAPTER 386 AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BEAUFORT, CHAPTER 4385 OF THE PRIVATE LAWS OF 1913, TO AUTHORIZE THE ADOPTION OF A TOWN SEAL. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 27 of Chapter 435 of the Private Laws of 1918 is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following sentence: The Board of Commissioners is hereby authorized to adopt an official seal for the town, and to alter the same at pleasure. 403
