CHAPTER 381 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF JOHNSTON COUNTY TO SET JAIL FEES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Board of Commissioners of Johnston County are hereby authorized, in their discretion, to fix and determine the fees that may be charged or collected by the county jailer.
