CHAPTER 382 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE GOLD HILL BAPTIST CHURCH, COLORED, LINCOLN COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to sell any wine, cider, or other spirituous or intoxicating liquors or any lunches or confectionery within one mile of Gold Hill Baptist Church, colored, in Lincoln County.
