CHAPTER 1165 tied AN ACT TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE STATES DEPARTMENTS, BUREAUS, INSTITUTIONS, AND AGENCIES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. ~ The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact: GENERAL FUND
