CHAPTER 914 AN ACT TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT OPERATIONS OF THE STATE DEPARTMENTS, INSTITUTIONS, AND AGENCIES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
