CHAPTER 683 AN ACT TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT OPERATIONS OF THE STATE DEPARTMENTS, BUREAUS, INSTITUTIONS, AND AGENCIES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact: GENERAL FUND
Appropriations made to the Oxford Colored Orphanage under Section 1 of this Act shall be available only if and when the expenditures 786 shall be recommended by the trustees of the institution appointed by the Governor of the State, and the expenditures shall be under the supervision of said trustees.
