CHAPTER XXI. AN ACT TO CHANGE THE TIME OF HOLDING THE SUMMER AND WINTER TERMS OF THE COUNTY COURTS OF BUNCOMBE AND MITCHELL.
Be it further enacted, That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. Ratified January 28, A. D., 1867
