CHAPDE FE 1:00 AN ACT IN REGARD TO OBTAINING LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAW IN THIS STATE.
1 The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact, That all applicants for license to practice law, who have had license from the Supreme Court of the State, to practice in the County Courts as they heretotore existed, shall now be allowed to practice in all the Courts of the State.
