CHAPTER fT: AN ACT TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF RUTHERFORDTON.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact, That the corporate limits of the town of Rutherfordton be extended as follows, to-wit : Beginning at the bridge on the Poors ford road, south of said town, and running thence a straight line to the bridge on the Shelby road, east Tolion Twittys house, thence to a pine tree fifty yards east of Louis McDowells house, thence a straight line to Polly Settles house on the branch north of town, thence crossing the Hickorynutt road to Edmund Michals house, west of New avenue, thence to the head of New avenue on the Twitty ford road, and thence a straight line to the beginning.
