CHAPTER CXCV. AN ACT TO GIVE THE CHIEF OFFICERS OF THE CITIES AND TOWNS: THE CRIMINAL JURISDICTION OF JUSTICES OF THE PEACE.

Any person or peisons violating any ordinance of any city or town of this state shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be subject to the provisions ot this act.
