CHAPTER CXCIV. AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER SEVENTY-NINE, LAWS OF ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND SIXTY-EIGHT AND ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND SIXTY-NINE.

No sale of lands shall be made by the board of education, except upon six weeks public advertisement, and upon the receipt of sealed proposals for such land, and for not less than a minimum price of ten cents per acre. Ratified the 3d day of March, 1873
