Chapter CXLIX AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE AMERICAN TYPESETTING MACHINE COMPANY.

he capital stock of said company shall be divided into shares of one hundred dollars each ; shall be deemed personal property, and shall be transferable only on the books of the company, and as may be prescribed by the bylaws thereof; and each share of stock shall be entitled to one vote in all meetings of the stockholders.
