CHAPTER CCLXI. AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT ENTITLED AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE NORTH CAROLINA RAILROAD COMPANY, AND: FOR OTHER PURPOSES THEREIN MENTIONED, RATIFIED TWEN- TIETH DAY OF DECEMBER, ANNO DOMINI ONE THOUSAND: EIGHT HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-THREE.
Any railroad in this State shall have the right to connect, prorate, or exchange traffic with said company upon mutually reciprocal terms, and in case of any disagreement as to terms or rales the same shall be decided by arbitration or in any manner hereafter prescribed by law.
