CHAPTER CCLXI. AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT ENTITLED AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE NORTH CAROLINA RAILROAD COMPANY, AND: FOR OTHER PURPOSES THEREIN MENTIONED, RATIFIED TWEN- TIETH DAY OF DECEMBER, ANNO DOMINI ONE THOUSAND: EIGHT HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-THREE.
The State of North Carolina reserves the right to regulate the rates of fares and freights on their line whenever in the judgment of the General Assembly the public interest may demand.
