CHAPTER I. AWN ACT TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO EXTEND THE TIME FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF THE ROCKY MOUNT MILLS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact, That the corporation known as the Rocky Mount Mills, in Nash county, chartered by the general assembly,and ratified sixteenth day of February, Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four, shall be allowed until the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, for the purpose of being organized under the provisions of its respective charter,
