CHAPTER IV. AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE KINSTON COLLEGIATE INSTITUTE.
That any five -5 of said corporation may constitute a quorum for transaction of business, and in case of vacancy, by death, removal, resignation or otherwise, any five -5 shall have power to fill sach vacancy.
