CHAPTER VIII. AN ACT TO EXTEND THE CHARTER OF CERTAIN BANKS.
Zhe General Assembly of North Carolina de act, That the charter heretofore granted to the bank of, aleigh, in the city of Raleigh, and the bank of Durham, the town of Durham, be and the same are hereby ex-nded for two years from this date.
