CHAPTER LXXXVI. AN ACT TO AMEND THE ACT INCORPORATING THE TOWN OF MORGANTON, AND ACTS AMENDATORY OF SAID ACT.
That every person who shall violate any provision of the preceding section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars fot each separate offence or imprisoned not more than thirty days.
