CHAPTER CCXCI. AN ACT SUPPLEMENTAL TO AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A DEPART- MENT OF AGRICULTURE, IMMIGRATION AND STATISTICS.
Zhe General Assembly of North Carolina do enact, That an act entitled an act to establish a Department of Agriculture, Immigration and Statistics and for the encouragement of sheep husbandry be and the same is hereby corrected and amended by striking out in seetion eight, of said act, the words And he shall also paya tax of fifty cents per ton for every ton sold.
