CHAPTER XCV. AN ACT TO CHANGE THE TIMES OF' HOLDING THE SUPERIOR COURTS IN THE ELEVENTIT AND TWELFTH JUDICIAL DIS- TRICTS.
That this act shall take effect from and after its ratification. Ratified the 12th day of February, A. D. 1877
