CHAPTER 3804 AN ACT TO COLLECT ARREARS OF TAXES IN THE COUNTY OF HALIFAX. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That the board of commissioners for the county of Halifax be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to appoint a tax collector for the collection of all unpaid taxes for the years one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six and one thousand eight hundred and seventyseven in said county, and shall deliver to him the tax list for said years.
