CHAPTER 3338 AN ACT FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE PENITENTIARY AND CON- VICTS FOR THE YEARS ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-NINE AND ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND EIGHTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
This act shall take effect from and after its ratification. Ratified the 14th day of March, A. D. 1879
