CHAPTER 54 AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAWS OF EIGHTEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-NINE, CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND FOUR. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That the laws of eighteen hundred and seventy-nine be amended as follows: in chapter one hundred and four in line six strike out fifty before the word convict and insert one hundred.
