CHAPTER 60 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER EIGHTY-THREE, LAWS OF EIGH- TEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-NINE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
This act shall be in force from and after its ratification. Read three times in the general assembly, and ratified this the 29th day of March, A. D. 1880
