CHAPTER 50 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE CITY OF GOLDSBORO, IN WAYNE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That all penalties imposed by law, relating to the city of Goldsboro or by this act, by any ordinance of the city, unless otherwise provided, shall be recoverable in the name of the city of Goldsboro before the mayor, or any tribunal having jurisdiction thereof.
