CHAPTER 188 AN ACT TO ENABLE THE BOARD OF JUSTICES OF CHATHAM COUNTY TO BUILD A NEW COURT HOUSE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That after the completion of said new courthouse, the chairman of the board of county commissioners shall call a meeting of the justices of the peace of said county to assemble at Pittsboro on a certain day and time, to be fixed by said chairman, to examine and receive said court-house: Provided, The same be completed according to contract.
