CHAPTER 228 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-THREE, LAWS OF ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND SEVENTY- ONE AND ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND SEVENTY- TWO. The General Assembly 6f North Carolina do enact:

That chapter one hundred and sixty-three, laws of one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one and one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two, entitled an act to lay off, alter and establish a public road from the town of Statesville, in Iredell county, to the town of Wilkesboro, in Wilkes county, be amended by striking out all of section two of said act, after the word roads, in line eight, and by striking out all of section seven of said act. In the general assembly read three times, and ratified this the 9th day of March, A. D. 1881
