CHAPTER 23 An act to Incorporate the Bank of Goldsboro. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Agencies of the bank may be established at such times and places as the president and directors may designate, and sueh agencies may be removed at any time; shall be subject to such rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the president and directors of the bauk. _
