CHAPTER 212 An act to incorporate the Yadkin Falls Manufacturing Company. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Each holder of stock in this corporation shall only be liable, and so held liable, for the contracts and indebtedness of this corporation to the amount of the par value of the capital stock of this corporation owned by him or them individually.
