CHAPTER 282 An act relating to graded schools in Guilford county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That the officer or officers whose duty it shall be to collect or receive the moneys arising from the assessments herein provided for, shall give a bond with good security, payable to the state for the use of said town, with condition for the faithful performance of his or their duties in the premises.
