CHAPTER 282 An act to establish a graded school in Shoe Heel school districts number one and two for white children, The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

That in case a majority of the qualified voters of said school districts or district shall bein favor of such assessment, the same shall be levied and collected in the same manuer as provided by law for levying and collecting state and county taxes.
