CHAPTER 305 An act to amend chapter two hundred and thirty-four of the laws of one thousand eight hundred and eighty-one, known as the omni- bus act, and entitled an act to prohibit the sale of spirituous liquors in certain localities. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

That section one of chapter two hundred and thirty-four, of the laws of one thousand eight hundred and eighty-one, be amended by adding the words Mount Vernon Baptist church, in the county of Wake, to the end of said section.
