CHAPTER 408 An act to change the time for holding the superior courts of the fourth judicial district. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact : *
That this act shall be in force and take effect from and afier the first day of August, A. D. 1883 In the general assembly read three times, and ratified this the 12th day of March, A. D. 1883
