CHAPTER 409 An act to establish and define the line between the counties of Car- teret and Craven. WHEREAS, it is uncertain as to the boundary line be- tween the counties of Carteret and Craven; and for the more definite settlement of the same, The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

That the boundary line between the counties of Carteret and Craven shall be as follows, viz: Beginning at the point where the dividing lines between the counties of Carteret, Craven and Jones intersect on Hunters creek, running eastwardly along the northern boundary of the Pocosin to the Atlantic and North Carolina Railroad, thence eastwardly a direct line to the head of Mortons mill pond, thence down said mil] pond and creek to Chubfoots creek, thence acrvss Chubfoots creek a direct line to the mouth of Blue Billies creek, thence with Blue Billies creek to the head of its northern prong, thence a northeast course to the turnpike, thence a direct line to the mouth of Turnagain bay.
