CHAPTER 41]. An act to prevent the hauling of drag nets or seines, or fishing with gig or spear, etc., in the waters of Johnathans creek, Haywood county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

That it shall be unlawful for any person to fish in any way described in section one of this act, at any time hereafter in the breeding or spawning season, in any of the waters of any stream in Haywood county.
