CHAPTER 417 An act to allow Swain county to sell Cherokee land bonds to create a sinking fand to pay its outstanding debts, and for other pa poses. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
This act shall be in force from and sen its ratification In the general assembly read three times, and ratified this the 21st day of February, A D. 1883
