CHAPTER 419 An act to make appropriations for the several insane asylums of the state. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the said appropriations shall be drawn out by the auditor upon his warrant, and be placed by the treasurer to the credit of the said institutions for which said appropriations are made respectively.
