CHAPTER 39 An act to prevent the riding or driving over the grading of the Tay- lorsville extension of the Atlantic, Tennessee and Ohio railroad. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force on and after thirty days from its ratification. In the general assembly read three times, and ratified this the 7th day of February, A. D. 1885
