CHAPTER 71 An act to prevent live stock from running at large in Rockingham county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

This act shall be in force from and after the first day of April, A. D. 1885 In the general assembly read three times, and ratified this the 16th day of February, A. D. 1885
