CHAPTER 21 An act to incorporate the Wilmington Street Railway Company. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

Any person who shall remove, obstruct, injure, deface or destroy any part of said railways, cars, fixtures, machinery, property or structures of any kind, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and fined or imprisoned in the discretion of the court.
